ENTAPACK STAFF PROVIDE ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
From the very beginning, Entapack has always prided itself on the high level of
professional and quality service offered to customers. This has been due in
no small measure to the diligence and competence of its hard working staff
who are forever prepared to listen carefully to the needs of customers and
respond quickly with appropriate solutions. Company workers involved in

VINCENT PAPALUCA - managing director
Vincent founded Entapack in 1987 at Moorabbin and since then has overseen company growth including the move four years later to the current site at Advantage Drive, Dandenong South. As managing director he has been the prime mover behind the establishment of solid export markets Under Vincent's guidance, Entapack has forged a reputation for innovation inliquid packaging that has resulted in the winning of major packaging awards in 2002 and 2003. Vincent is married with four children (all now adults) and enjoys an occasional game of golf and tennis.

STEVE KEEN - operations manager
Steve joined Vincent to help establish Entapack since the first day,
since then he has been
responsible for company growth in manufacturing production. Steve also
is responsible for all
outsourced resources such as the engineering trades and has been heavily involved in the company's
focus on innovative technology within liquid packaging. This has meant
spending a lot of time
helping to develop tooling and materials for new product samples to
meet ongoing customer needs.
Steve is married with four children who are all keen basketballers and
enjoys fishing and a
regular game of golf.

RON GILHOLME - export manager
Based in Sydney, as export manager for Entapack Ron Gilholme spends much of his time travelling to
further develop and market the company's products. This mainly involves
products for the aseptic
packaging of fruits and concentrates such as tomato pastes and purees
and the work includes
arranging orders, organising the resultant manufacture and overseeing
delivery. Ron has been
involved with the liquid packaging industry since its commercial
beginnings in 1969 and joined
Entapack eight years ago. He is married with two adult daughters and
grand children and enjoys
swimming and sailing, particularly on Sydney Harbour.

SUE MACK - administration manager
Sue began her involvement with Entapack when the company was only 7 years old, not long before the
company moved to its current location, taking care of administration
one day a week. She now
carries full time responsibility for financial control and bookkeeping
and general office
administration while also assisting the operations manager with ongoing
IT improvements. Sue is
one of the longer serving stalwarts on the Entapack team and has
enthusiastically watched the
exciting growth in new machinery, export sales, innovation and technology over the past few years.
Sue enjoys genealogy as a hobby and the garden in their new home.

JOHAN DIRCKZE - logistics supervisor
Johan joined Entapack as a 21-year-old following his studies for an
engineering certificate. As
Logistics Manager, he is responsible for purchasing, transport
distribution interstate and
organising export shipments to all the company's overseas customers.
Johan remains in constant
contact with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for Entapack and is a keen participant in
the company's ongoing innovation and technological developments.

VANESSA KRUBER - supervisor customer service
Vanessa heads a team of three women who process customer orders
throughout Australia and from
overseas and prepare export documents for shipping goods. While she
readily handles any unusual
problems that might arise, Vanessa's duties also include daily production meetings with the other
managers. She is the youngest of Entapack's customer service enclave and has been with the company
more than 10 years. Married, she enjoys gardening as a hobby.

JUDY WEERASINGHE - customer service
Judy is one of the original Entapack staff beginning 15 years ago on the factory floor and moving
from there into customer service. Like the operations manager, she joined the fledgling company in
Moorabbin and ever since has been an enthusiastic participant in every aspect of Entapack's rapid
growth. Married with no children, Judy processes orders and prepares export documents for shipping
goods overseas while also carrying out other office duties.

KIM HANSSEN - customer service
Kim is the latest addition to the Entapack team after spending eight years with another packaging
company. She finds her customer service role challenging and is
fascinated by Entapack's wide
range of products and the export side of the business, describing the
experience as a good
learning curve. The proud mother of many children, Kim enjoys gardening
in her spare time.
